- Waste must be carried separately from each other in the vehicle.

- Accepted expanded polystyrene is construction polystyrene. The PSE assimilable to domestic (e.g. packaging) goes into the yellow container. Depending on the quantity and Deixalleria, domestic polystyrene will not be accepted due to space and volume limitations.

- Els diferents residus s'hauran de portar correctament separats dins dels vehicles o recipients per a agilitzar la seva col·locació en els diferents contenidors i en cap cas podran dipositar-se barrejats dins dels contenidors.

- In order to access the facilities, it will be required to present the DNI, NIE, user's card or driver's license before depositing the waste.

- Vehicles whose maximum authorized mass exceeds 3500 kilograms may not access the facilities. In case of doubt, the vehicle's technical data sheet may be requested in order to prove its tare weight.

- The maximum daily contribution for a user or professional will be half the maximum capacity of the empty container.

- Els matalassos d'origen domèstic tindran un límit d'aportació anual de 3 matalassos per usuari. Els d'origen professional no podran dipositar-se en les Deixalleries i hauran de portar-los a una planta de tractament final a través d'un gestor autoritzat.

- It is strictly forbidden to leave waste outside the facilities and/or outside their opening hours.

- For their safety, minors must remain inside the vehicle at all times and must always be supervised by a responsible adult.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the facilities.

- It is forbidden to enter without a T-shirt inside the facilities.

- Residus no admesos: Sanitaris com per exemple els medicaments entre altres tant com el rebuig (contenidor gris), orgànic (contenidor marró) a més dels vehicles i embarcacions.

- Extremely bulky waste will have to go directly to final destination.
